All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. Customized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping options with delivery estimates provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours after receiving the email.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India and some selected Country.
5. Damaged or Lost Items:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Returns & Refunds:
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details on how to initiate a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
WiseTrolley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
